Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee
The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee supports the development of an inclusive working and learning environment. The EDI Committee is Chaired by 伊人直播鈥檚 Vice Principal for Skills, Lifelong Learning and Commercial, reports to 伊人直播鈥檚 Executive Leadership Team and Board.
The EDI Committee determines 伊人直播鈥檚 equality, diversity and inclusion strategic direction and priorities. It also monitors progress to achieve our equality focused ambitions under legislation or external charter marks, oversees 伊人直播鈥檚 compliance with equality, diversity and human rights legislation, and is where emerging issues and sectoral trends are discussed.
Rainbow Staff Network
伊人直播鈥檚 Rainbow Staff Network is inclusive and open to all staff who identify as LGBTQI+ was launched in October 2020 with following aims:
- To provide mutual support, encouragement and mentoring to LGBTQI+ staff across 伊人直播;
- To raise the visibility of LGBTQI+ issues within 伊人直播;
- To work with 伊人直播 senior management to create a diverse and inclusive working environment; and
- To sign-post to other LGBTQI+ organisations and networks.鈥嬧�嬧�嬧�嬧�嬧�嬧��
