Academic and government funded not-for-profit business is conducted through ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥, while non-academic activities for public sector and business clients are conducted through ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥ Innovation Limited.
Current Board Committees include: Remunerations & Appointments, Audit & Risk, Finance & Estates, Strategic Performance, and Student Liaison. Academic governance is overseen by the Academic Board (and its sub-committees) which reports to the ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥ Board.
