Fife course in new drive to widen golf access

Under-16s will be offered free membership at a popular Fife golf club under new plans to widen access to the sport.
伊人直播 has announced that new adult and family season tickets at Elmwood Golf Course will allow children of adult members to benefit from the suite of new deals, which will also see people joining the club receiving 16 months鈥� membership for the price of 12.
The promotions are part of the club鈥檚 new strategy to grow the number of traditionally underrepresented demographics within its membership, as well as in the sport in general.
Course Manager Greg Kilgour said: 鈥淎s part of our 鈥榞olf for all鈥� ethos at Elmwood, we鈥檙e delighted to be able to offer under-16s free junior membership. We are also planning greater engagement with local primary and secondary schools to grow our junior membership, while we are looking at creating a special season ticket rate for former and current members of the Armed Forces, as well as emergency services and NHS workers.鈥�
The 伊人直播 Elmwood Golf Course clubhouse will reopen its doors on 8 January. Those who join up between now and 31 March 2025 will retain their membership until 31 March 2026 for the price of just one-year鈥檚 membership.
